No Roll

Have several SV4000 that don't seem to auto roll. Autoroll turned on , Dish Settings are correct. did the factory thing including reset, Loaded fresh downloaded 247P but no luck. Any Ideas. Tks;)

well what channel are you on when trying to get it to roll. tune in to channel 200 and turn the power off. wait 5 seconds and turn it back on to see if you can force it to you. if you have already loaded the factory bin, reset and then loaded the current one, dont know what else you could do

do a reset after loading the factory bin to wipe the memory on the receiver?

What is strange is that B V was a perfect lady.LOL. i checked else where and seems I am not the only one. Tks again my friend

There is no roll on my SV4K.

Naz this is what works. factory reset twice. Load Factory bin. Factory reset again. load latest fix. Set and scan your sats. Set time. Sit on Chann.200 for D--H and Chan 211 for B V.;)
