As far as satscams goes, she did post on there when she was first nailed. Not very bright!
Her posting on ss was unbelievable to me. but even more so was the fact that if you look at when she was initially served ( in november ) she still continued to post files and help people in the forums that she modded at. she didn't come out with this info until a few months later.
Actually there is a wealth of info there for the providers. all they have to do is sit back and read. a lot of your admins and mods from other sites hang out there and have a bad habit of saying things they shouldn't. and the providers eat that up.
These are just sites that the defendants posted on. If they posted here at tester then you would also see Dsstester on the list.. The sites are not busted...Just mentioned because they posted on those sites. Of course the providers (Dish/Bev) will use the posts against them. Anyone that knew her,shared info with her on ANY forum, Modded or anything like that with her is at great risk now for being served or subpoena for a deposition

what gets me about this type of crap is we have all seen the legal papers before but at same time other than OJ getting nailed for doing DAVE back a few years ago has anyone ever seen documentation on a court ruling....

yep we all hear the stories but at same time without mentioning names I can think of one individual who supposedly got sued a couple of times now and he still flapping his gums.

can't help but think a lot of this stuff is just people blowing smoke and if indeed that is on the court docket it should be possible to find out the court date and results of the suit as well ....

That one worked out well and no matter what you believe from Charles Perlman and Friends it was 100% a success.
