satellite will not line up

I have just purchase a cw 700.Before I had a coolsat 5000 hooked up that was working fine, but because of the poor support i decided to up grade.my problem is i am not able to to get the satellites to line up, when i go to antenna setting>satellite name. choose sat 119, at the bottom where it says found I am getting nimiq 1,3 instead (which i have runnig from a different dish)thu a switch, can any one tell me what i an doing wrong.my transponder is set at 12239,lnd freq 11250,lnb type normal,diseqe normal

Try a factory default first, and make sure if your using a switch, to set up the lnbs.

do a factort default reboot your reciever power switch off then turn back on then try scanning your sats.

thanks did factory reset,did a rebooth and rescan the sat,and the same thing, I bypass the switch and each sat comes in ok.but when i put it tru the switch that when they will not line up although in the setting i have the sat on the correct lnb I even try it on auto. I am using lageacy type lnb you think that make a difference

thanks for the suggestions I finally got it to work I disconnect all sat from the switch and scan each sat one at a time then reconnect the switch and it worked
