Hi there...we need help. We have a new CW700 and are having trouble with our settings. We had it working great the first day and now every 10 minutes or so the channel will freeze and scramble for about a minute. We are in BC Canada and aimed at Nimiq1 91W. Any suggestions?

what is your signal and quality? any trees blowing in the wind near the dish?

The strength is 91 and quality is 82 is that too low? It worked good and clear with a bell receiver last month...

sig and qtly ok, I'm looking at other posts and it seems that they (Bev) maybe playing again, ya may have to wait for another fix. check out other posts from other receivers as well, same problem
