Scrambled program!

I have loaded all factory files to date and with no success I get Scrabled Program. I have factory defaulted the machine but was just wondering if I have to program any secret code with the remote. I have been having this problem for weeks now. Is it everybody going down often and I have bad timming or am I missing something important. Tx for your help in advance.
