gone try to hook up a usb wireles card to stb to see if it works. i wont work you gotta use a dongle thats the whole idea dongle is the encryption unlok key,like many computer software programs.but you can use a wireless network bridge,if u got wifi hot spot in your neighborhood u r half way.its worth the 100.:D

This will not work.... they have security on this very thing once the serial number is documented it cannot be used again sonicview anticipated this and put security in place for this.....ricklbert

I think you guys are somewhat right, I think the sn is just the mac address of the unit. if you could hack the mac on a card or other dongle you could make it work. bet every ihub has the same first 4 numbers. and you are right 2 sn cannot be the same. but for what its worth, just buy one
