I just got this receiver about 2 months ago. It was working fine, then the programming went off about a week ago. I have tried the last two new programs and can't get anything to come up. I have done a factory default, reselected and set my satelites back up, did the channel scans, and put on the newest program on. But still can't get anything to come up. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong????????????????help

are you using the correct loader and bin file for your reciever. when you try to load reciever does it show progress bar and does it says that download is complete.

Yes. I load it with a usb memory stick. I have the right program. When I put the stick in it says new program data found, loading, then load complete, press any key to start.
Then the channel box comes up telling the channel number and what's on, but then a message says either, "no signal" or "may be scrambled".
Any ideas?????

In the loader instructions it says something about if the files name ends in .bin-you load it with the loader and cable. If the file name ends with .auto-then you use the USB stick. It also says that you can change the name of a .auto file to .bin,save it,and then use the loader and cable. Also make sure that you're still running on internal CAS and not the AKS system or visa/versa depending on how you setup.If this isn't it you can factory reset,factory file,latest update,and then rescan like any other unit and start fresh again. How's the picture(When it was working) on this unit? I've got one comeing so have been gathering info on it to be ready!

The file says auto., so I have been using the usb stick. I have also, several times gone through the factory reset, rescan, and all that. then loaded the newest 7-10 program, but still can't get a picture. The channel box comes up and shows great satelite strength, but no picture. I even went to a different site and loaded a different program, and still no luck. When the unit was working, the picture was great. The unit is less than two months old. But I don't think I will ever go back to Skyview again. My parents have viewsat (several years now) and have always had great programing and no problems at all with their units. I regret not going with viewsat.
