Under internet check network to see if you have a valid networking IP address, doesn't sound like you are connected to the internet....

I agree with Mr. Dew...

Is your little red light on to the right of your led display? This tells ya that you're connected.
a bit more info would go along way. I can help more if you can tell me how you are connected.

1. DSL, Cable, Dial-up. Is this an always on connection?
2. Wireless or hardwired?
3. Along with #2 is your box connected straight to your PC or Via a router or switch?
4. Store bought CAT5 cable or hand made?
5. Send all of your internet setting and information. this can be found by pressing

Menu>Internet send all the info under this menu.

Internet connection = on
Auto Update = on
Internet information = Send all of this info in your reply... And we will get you going..

Yes the red light is on to the right on the Led light
DSL with router
store bought CATS
Network connection on
Auto Update on
i have 2 Nfusion both the same thing ..working great just this problem BTW win XP
