How many channels did you receive when you scanned?
Only about half the channels work. That is the message you get on the non-working channels.................

Sounds like your scan went right...........
Try rebooting router and modem.......
If that don't work, reboot everything........

In "Network Information", is it set to "DHCP"?
Is the Solaris picking up your IP?

Hmmmm........
You could try setting it to "Static" and change the last digit or change the sixth from the last digit.

Also, that modem is not on the confirmed working list:

Are you using a modem too?
Try connecting to the ethernet jack?

You need to go into your "internet" menu and turn "Proxy Connection" to "Off"..................
The red light should start appearing on functioning channels................

turned proxy off. no red light
should i try a factory default and start from scratch with the boot file?

It wouldn't hurt.........
Try channel 1215...
Are any info channels working?
You did change back to DHCP, right?
