To backup your channel list:
Insert usb stick in receiver
Press Blue button
Press Red button
Name it whatever you wish
Scroll to OK box and press OK
To restore your channel list:
Drrag and drop your saved Channel List file onto usb stick
Insert it in receiver's USB port
Press blue button
Scroll down to highlight the chnnel list file
Press OK >> Update >> OK
