Sonicview Support???

Hi Guys,

:(I have been a long time Coolsat supporter and thinking about jumping ship.I currently have 2 CS 7100's, what would be the equivalent Sonicview model? How has Sonicview support been? In other words how long after it goes down does it take to get a new bin so that your up and running again? How long has it been that Sonicview has been up and running? Is Sonicview up and running now, or is it down, and last would you recommend them? Thanks!

veiwsat/sonicview...are 2 of the best in support ...in the last year their down time has been about 5- 9 hrs tops how cool is that ...i have viewsats ...and am very happy
