Attention all sonysat iks users !!
There seems to be an ongoing trend developing with iks users rebooting their stb's every time they start freezing.
This is only adding to the problem.
This iks system is not like traditional standalone fixes where a simple reboot of the receiver fixes most problems.
The reboot causes packets to be sent that don't need to be sent or vice versa and is causing bad effects on the server end.
Team x is asking that all iks users please do not reboot your receiver unless it is absolutely necessary.
Once you have the dongle loaded successfully with the latest show me X-2 bin then there is no need for the stb to be rebooted.
All its going to do is cause further complications with your TV and add more work to X team.
Thank you and if we can all follow this request then there are great things in store for sonysat and its users.
