Stay's in Auto Roll

Viewsat 2000 Stay's in auto roll. Picks up all the new key's. But it stay's in auto roll. The picture and sound will not come in. Have try everything I can think of. Factory reset, reload all files, factory, latest bin you name it. Any help would be great

Not sure if your problem was the same as mine, running multipal stbs off the lnbs. VS keep showing ar for the NHL channels, and other stb would not scan right. Had to shut the other off and set up up separtly then both worked fine.

I don't know, files, weak sig, failing lnb, just know this is what i had to do.

1) are you using multipal stbs.....if not just hard boot the bitch

Yes I have tried the hard boot and yes I am using multipal stbs
Here is what I am using Sonicview8000 Cnx Duo

what u might have is a power conflict...

hook ur VS alone ... turn off other STB's

factory default

load latest satinfo file

setup antenna and autoscan fresh

see if that helps
