STUCK REBOOTING

Hello everyone I'm trying to install the NFusion Loader 1.31 and when I get to the rebooting it's telling me the "Com 1 port is open ERROR!" Not sure what it means I'm very knew to this, sorry!

Go to control panel click on device manager and find Com ports check to see if your set up for the com port your using.

Also did you load drivers for your usb cable? Xp won't load them for you.
