SV1000 Fix: 0320P

Downloaded about 6 times from you and each time I try to unzip it I get an error message that no files are on the download. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

after you have downloaded and installed it


right click on the file you wanna open ..then choose extract here //the file will now be opened and ready to use on your desktop

I'm using the unzip program that's installed on my Windows XP. I tried downloading from the site you suggested and am having nothing but trouble. Thanks for your input but I think I'll take the receiver to another computer and try it there.

I had no problem downloading and opening the CWS600 files and extracting them. The SV files, so I'm told had no files or they were corrupt. I am at my friend's house now and have had no issues with his Stuffit extractor. I will go to the site you suggest and buy it this evening when I'm back home. Thanks for your patience and input...you guys are the greatest!

OK I've got it downloaded but how do I open it now. Can you lead me through it? How do I open a .rar file?

Nothing is happening. No self extraction, etc. Sorry to be so dense, I'm not at the top of the tree with you brains when it comes to advanced computer literacy...but I am trying!

after you download it click on the file ..it should open

after you download the winrar program install it from there after its installed you right click on your file tell it to extract and it will extract the .rar file for you
