I don't know if you guys know this but everytime reception quits so does your website.

I think you should be looking around for a new server
if they're pulling the plug everytime there's a problem.

hmmm the website doesn't quit...your membership does hehehe ...when site gets busy due to an ECM we lock the site down IN VIP mode to protect the server from overload.... meantime when site is displaying VIP mode only they have access to files and all the goodies while regular members are outside looking in
