SV360 premiere reboots when i change channels

hello,

i have a sv360, pointed at 110, and it works GREAT..

...except, lately, when i go to certain channels, it reboots for some reason (as if someone hit a 'reset' button).

all my epg info disappears.. it's very bizarre.

any thoughts on this?

I'd remove the satellite cable from stb.
Make sure all other cables are tight.
Do a factory reset.
Connect cable.
Load the factory file.
Load the latest file.
Do settings.
Scan.
