Thanx to Just Angel and everyone who had input on this, and for doing some plain and simple old school playing around and testing, this just may be what ya need to solve your rebooting issues for now.
DO NOT start a new thread saying or asking about " my receiver is rebooting, any ideas " simply read what is said, follow it, and you should be fine.
Now, if you have a specific issue or finding, by all means post away as always, but this reboot issue is getting as sick as the auto tp not being addressed.

ariza 700 rebooting
ok this is what i did and seems to running ok, now without rebooting
so could someone help me and also test this
older file for the 700 that fixes rebooting

On satellite scan, the looping problem - solved
> Some channel can not find channel name, display as [TV####] - solved
> Rebooting units - solved
> Minor updates to the s/w based on the responses from the community
here are the steps i took....factory reset loaded the factory file..then load the 268...factory reset again...then i loaded the 295

if it wont let you do a factory reset after the first, and only gives you night rider's , dont worry just continue as posted above, some took, some didnt, but same result in the end.
