is there a time frame for nagra 3 ??

Hi all , I have read all sorts of rumors and was wondering if anyone knows of a definte time frame for the implemetaion of nagra 3 for dn, I was thinking of getting a new hd reciever but have read that the hd channels will be some of the first to go and don't want to blow 3 or 4 hundred bucks on what might end up being a good wheel chock, I guess theres no way to know if the higher end recievers will work with nagra 3 even if their is a crack found for it, it would be nice if the reps from the major players would give us a little input as to the status, I saw the post by Cyphris but a update would be nice, thanks to all the mods and posters out there,.

No one knows, and if they say they do they are full of shit. Millions of dollars in equipment upgrades, coding ect. have been spent. When it goes , it's gone. When and how we get it back, who knows.

been at this for 12 years. for every fix that dn comes up with there is always a smarter and brighter coder working for us. remember we are taking from a corporation. they only want to make money not spend it. there is no such thing as a permanent fix by dn or anyone elase. someone will always crack it. i love burning those bastards.

The following dates have been announced as official cutoff dates for channels to switch to N3. The dates are subject to change. However as of now they are as follows.....

1. International Channels ......... Immediately. Already started!

2. High Definition Channels ...... 3/4/09

3. Premium Channels.............. 3/11/09

4. All Other Channels.............. 4/8/09

These were announced on channel 999 on the 1/21/09 Commercial Chat. Either tune in 999 or check back here for any changes that might be made.
