Downloads are in PHP files and I can't open. How can I download files that can be opened and not PHP?

Get win rar and decompress them,then they are a rom file

Thanks but I have winrar. That is not the problem I am haveing. When I try to download the zip file the download appears as a attatchment not the file itself. Then the attachment file cant open. I have now been successful on downloading some files that didn't change to an attatchment file. But I don't know why this is happening. First time problem downloading on this site.
I am new to fta.
I was able to get the downloads I need for now. I had to keep going back to the download zip file and trying to download it several times to get it to not convert to as an attachment file.
