Help troubleshooting CS6000

I loaded new bin and get nothing , i did a factory default, and loaded the bin file in the section as well as the new bin again, I checked all the setting and wire and cables and I still get scramble channel. Did I miss something, not sure have read and tried everything. Lost in Fta world

u have checked all setting still get good signal or it wouldn't say scramble ch and are on dish not bev? did u check to make sure the bin loaded? to do that go to system information in menu. let me know if the bin loaded and u did load the factory bin?

my signal is excellent 97% and qualtiy as well
i did the factory default and loaded the following after extracting
File Type: zip COOLSAT6000_100_20060308.zip (827.1 KB, 587 views)
the i loaded the 166 from the 14th, i checked the setting and I scanned the channels and still I am having no luck.
systboem settings as follows:

s/w norm version 1.66
h/w version 2.10
boot version 2.10
ch. version E007

try a full reset. factory reset/load factory bin /load new bin /set dish settings/ auto scan

also what are you pointed at ?

well B3V is down right now ,thats the reason your not getting it . you might point at DN for now
