Unknwon File Type

All of sudden I am getting unknown file type error no matter what USB I use. Is there a way I can reslove this.

I have done the following..

Uploaded Factory Bin using Cable, still did not resolve the issue.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Just a quick question 1st. When you download the files form here and extract them is the extension on the end of the file that is usually there?

Other than that I'm not sure what it might be.

Example:
When I download a file for my Viewsat and extract it it'll look like this:
PFTAUSW-080417U.PGM

so maybe when you extract it it'll look like:
PFTAUSW-080417U

My File for captian have Extension Bin not PGM. PGM are for Viewsat. Normally files are zipped, I unzipped them and then upload.

I understand that. I asked you are the extensions there? I just used mine for the Viewsat as an example. So the question still stands, When you extract your files is the .bin extension there? I'm just listing a possible cause.
