Hi all.
I have a brand new 360 premiere, and I'm trying to get the files to load on the 360 premiere. The system will not read the usb. I have tried all the recommendations from the stickies. Shut off, unplug coax, restart with ok button being held using v0175. formated stick with only v0175, safe removal, etc. etc. But it only reads "no usb". If I plug it in without holding the ok button and go thru the menu to usb, it just shows the vidoe tape icon, "spinning", but will not show the files on the usb. It's the usb that came with the 360 premiere. Kingston DTI 1gig.

What am I not doing correctly?

Help please.

Thanks in advance

Have you tried loading with the serial cable?

Or try a different usb stick to see if you might have gotten a defective stick.

Thanks in advanceLike Kenkall1 said you have a defective USB drive......Knowing that using the OK BUTTON method DOES WORK......leads to beleive that........(A) you are Doing the OK button procedure wrong........(B) your USB drive is NO good> gone bonkers> Kaput> FINI> End of trail.....ETC.ETC. or worse case (which I doubt) your STB is NO good!:noclue::noclue:

I had the same problem as you but now i have fixed it. You have to download the 360 premier loader. And then you have to use the RS 232 Cable. Then load the 175P. Do not use the 180P because this cause the problem on mine. Sorry, i know its a lot of work, but it will surely fix the problem. Right now, the USB works again.
