here's how to fix the "no info" or "no guide"...... for all viewsats !!!!
do a factory reset, or factory default. then load the current bin for your viewsat.... now load the attached satinfo file. make all of your dish settings correct, the way your dish is hooked up. only you know how it's hooked up.
now do a scan of the sats you are using, and are hooked up to your viewsat. after the scan, your guide will now work. if you are using other sats that's NOT in the attached satinfo file, then find a satinfo file with the sats you wish to use.
also, make sure your time is correct !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you can now select "receive guide" thru the menu options. or turn to channel 239 for DN..... or channel 615 ( 2615 if running DN and BEV ) give it a few minutes, and guide should come in.
