We all know the obvious. The truth can only be 1 of 2 things right now.

1) That statement above is true by Cyphris and FTA will live on.

2) They are still at ground zero with no solution, but need to keep the peoples high hopes up so that we continue to buy from them.

I'm hoping its the first option. :D

I hope they release one or someone else does.....the sooner someone anyone gets a fix...the sooner the rest of the coders get to work on adapting/building on it for all the other recievers... would be great to have another bin from sv that stayed up for months on end......oh the glory days lol

I would assume FTA sales for viewsat and other non-IKS models are flat. I dont think keeping high hope drive sales, so I am unsure if there is any advantage to lie in this instance. Sales will hit if they figure it out, if not, why buy?

I love VS but i doubt that there will ever be anything from a bankrupt company its sad but im starting to have doubts on if n3 will ever have a fix other then iks at least untill the companies that run iks feel they have made enough money on it and al bundy whos that in your avatar photo. just my 2 cents guys. :noclue:

do a little research and youll see that they are busted. And also if you look at all the court proceedings facing them and possible fines they are looking at thell be bankrupt. If not from the fines and lawyers and court fees just the court fees and lawyers will bankrupt them in a case like this one dn has them wraped up pretty good.

My Last update on Aug 18th 2009 was my last update and hasn't changed. So Yes they are Closer now than they were then. As I stated the VS Coders get closer to a stand-alone fix each day they work on it. If I didn't make myself clear with my last update VS has a special team of Hackers, Coders and other Encryption specialists working on N3 (In House).

As for when it will be released it is still undetermined but the VS Coders are close to it.

Guys, Viewsat has a distributor in the US, which is the one being sued, not Viewsat Corp.
If it was man made can be broken, so let's see what happens, remember, they've broke it twice, it is just going to take them some time, but in the mean time, telefonica is doing the trick.
