No Voice/sound

I am not getting any voice or sound on BEv 82 ATN 702 - or as we would put it 2702 on the Sonicview 4000

Any advice on how to correct will be appreciated

I already rescan twice, also deleted channels - power down -

did you try a reset and reload the factory bin ? that is the most common fix

I turn off the DOLBY setting, if it is transmitted in DOLBY and your setting is ON but you are not wired for it you get no sound. might be you problem.
