VS2000 completely dead

Hi,

I have never been able to get DN and Bev working for months now. I used to be able to get a few channels by entering the keys manually.
Now my VS2000 platinum is completely dead, because the last time, after I did the scanning and still got nothing, I reset it to factory default.
After resetting to factory default, I got a "no ch" when I power it on. I could not go to menu to do anything.

The reason I had to enter the keys manually each time DN was down, because I could not unzip any file, although I have WINZIP and WINRAR.
I could download the latest file, but cannot unzip it.

How and what should I do to be able to unzip the file?
How can I get my VS2000 working again? Thank you.

Hi Al,
How do I get the file to WINRAR to unzip it? Because, when I click on the latest zip file,
it brings me to WINZIP to open. And I cannot open, unzip the file with WINZIP.

Moved to Support. Try re-installing, google = Winrar, download it, install it, and click on the file, it will auto open in winrar then extract to desktop. From there load it to the loader.

right click on the file and use the winrar option to extract (extract files) not extract all!
