Almost all of us in the Guadalajara area of Mexico cannot get several 110 TPs. I apologize if this is a problem that has been posted but I recently moved and do not have internet yet, so when I drive a few miles to use the internet, I don't have the time to read through everything.

Is this just a problem for us Gringos down here? I have a CW 700 and the others I know of who have the same problem all have Viewsats. We are all missing the same TPs. One Mexican satellite installer said that a new satellite was launched and the old 110 is wobbling, which I think is bunk.

I thought about buying a new LNB but since everyone else is missing the same stations, I doubt it is my installation.

Any advice?

Pam

I am curious, what TP freq are you missing?

Have you checked to make certain that the Auto TP was ON and auto scanned again?

or is that freq missing altogether?

What channels are you missing? I can look at my receiver and report back to you when you are able to log on again.

Last night, when there was TV, I scanned 110 again and picked up most of the missing channels on new TPs. They have been sending new programming to the new Echostar 11 which replaced Echostar 10 and I guess down here it took a few weeks for us to get the new signals.

Thanks for your help.
