Automag, hello and welcome to our company.
First thing first: NOBODY using two tuners the way you did!
That's why you feel so much disappointment... The stb brand ya got is one of the best ones, ya just need to realize it's great potential.
Listen here, man: 3 month on the same bin run!!!
Please, be careful to blame that godmade unit.
Just use it the right way, not your f****g way.
Good luck.

Automag, we do share a lot if ya gonna check the posts all way baaaaack...
Switch??? Of cause the switch can be also a prob here.
So, my advice is to use CHIETA 4x1 DiSEqC Switch, not shitty one they send with.
When you do all things right, just wait!

Perhaps you should find a qualified installer, cause you have no clue what you are doing....any pro knows that you need to use a SAT finder box first, to find your SAT locations, you never use your receiver because it is always inaccurate...I REALY HATE people knocking good receiver s because they are too stupid to use them!

Try and watch the attitude because people have asked you to post your setup and you still haven't done it and therefore we have no freakin idea what setup you have. We are here to help not get shit on with a sarcastic attitude.....remember that~

I have the sonicview 360 elite and love it, did take a while to set up.
I have the DishPRO+ LNB, both 119 and 110 lines run to my receiver to Tuner 1 and 2 doesn't matter which. my setup that works is Seperate, OCS-DP and the DISEqC for 119 is Port 1 and for 110 is Port 2, I had to do a blind scan for both sats individually, after that it's been working like a champ

Sonicview 360 elite its hooked up as follows. Dish 500/w dp lnb I have 119 hooked to tuner 1 ,110 hooked to tuner 2 (2 cables I think this is my problem) any way my settings are tuner1 xxxxxxxx7, connection=seperate,Lnb type=ocs-dp,lnb freq=11250,22khz=off,lnb power=on,transponder=12239,search option=all, network search=on,diseqc=port1,motor=disable,legacy switch=off Tuner 2 is xxxxxxxx8,10 everything is the same Except the following transponder 12224,diseqc=port2 so i'm thinking I just need one cable is that right,& do I just hook it to the 119 or the 110 side of the lnb?? thanks in advance.....

Assuming you are aimed properly, you want to have 2 cables hooked up.
This will enable you to watch one channel while recording another.

The 119 and 110 on the side of the lnb indicates the lnb for a particular side. However, there is a switch inside the head that combines the 2 sats. Hence each cable carries both 110 and 119.
You need to set up both 110/119 on each tuner. You will be scanning 4 separate times. Your settings look good, just do them for both 110 & 119 on each tuner. I'm not sure about the "connection". Maybe someone knows what that should be..............

you only need to scan 110 and 119 once
then select copy tuner1 to tuner2
