DONT PANIC...ya box is not toast....turn the power off from back, disconect cable,< in put cable from dish> power back up, put on channel 19031 CNN at bottom of menu, turn power back off, re-connect cable power back on then your box will run on 2 cnn channels, " hey better than nutin right" at least ya can watch the news!!LOL...and ya box aint frozzzzzzzzzzzen..:D
then wait for a new fix, should not be long as its just a bug they gota kill.

YEP! but what the powers to be are saying is that this is just a bug in s/ware, so should be an easy fix?? we hope...
