 so whats this with bell going back to the smart cards i thought them there days are gone? so with them useing cards again can they be cloned ? |

B3V is in the process of a card swap to activate a new encryption called nagravision 3, replacing nagra 2. A measure put in place to stop piracy.

i run bell express and fta and yesterday bell sent me 2 smart cards for the bell rec. and i had to set them up on me bell rec. so i was not sure if they just starting to use them again or what and i quess the other question is can i buy clone cards and run them or is it better to run fta rec.
the reason i am asking is i run a coolsat clone (cooltec) and there on of the last ones to get up and runnig like now there still no bin file |

i guess all the info is goin to be release as soon the switch to N3
but for now we have to stay cool and don't panic is a long way to go to finish with the swap like dik din't start yet the swap according to my info but there some rumors that N3 is been broke but rumors are rumors so we have to wait and see the outcome so enjoy the time
