convert buzz plus to sonicview sv-1000

I hear it is possible to convert the buzz plus to sonicview 1000 by upgrading the bootloader file
I see theres a bootloader file <S2010FPlus_BOOT_v0204.ldr> file posted in files section but what loader do you use to load this file to receiver?
can someone also provide a guide or a quick how-to to make this work?
current bootloader on box is 2.0

the Buzz Plus now accepts the SV-1000 bins without modification after upgrading to bootloader version 2.04.

I understand that and looking at my first post the question is "how" to upgrade the bootloader and "what" application to use


the so called buzz files are basically sonicview files that are renamed
a simple file compare can prove that

so back to the starting point:

please advise how to upgrade the bootloader to 2.04 or above

I'll look for this as i know i have it, but the 2.0.4 bootloader need for conversion was added to Oct.9.07 file , so either loader should work with either buzz / sv files if i remember right.

use chanmaster 2.4 to download the bootloader to the buzz. Make sure when you select the file... that you change the file type to all and select the bootloader 2.04.. this should work.. keep trying until it works. then load the latest sonicview file.

I also have the Buzz Plus and have also been using the bootloader v204. It may take me a little time to find it, but I did have it. If I find it I will forward it to you.
