I'm just wondering if it is a bad file. I load the new file and it doesn't work but when I go back to the old file, it works. I'm in a quandry on this. Must be something on their side I think.

I did a complete default, unplugged my router and modem, reloaded both birds and put the new dongle down load in and put the previous ip and the rest of the server stuff and applied and did a registration check and it passed and waited about a half hour and everything worked again. Hope this helps

The new file started to work now. That's the way this dongle works sometimes. I didn't do anything special, it just decided to work. I think bazgor is right when he tells you to do a factory default. Some of my other stb's were terrible about keeping old files stored up. The mini hasn't been that bad for me, but who knows, I'm not a genius.
