are you sure it's the SV and not a cable , did you or someone change any cables on the back side ?

Dolby is off and I tried the cables through my home theatre and they work. I ran the Home Theatre though the same in line of the TV and the line is active as well. I don't even get a hum when they are connected to the receiver. Is there a way to run thre system through the 360 and then IF out through a 4000 without affecting the audio or video? I think the audio is fried somehow. Any other suggestions?

try an optic fiber cable (S/Pdif) from your SV receiver to home theatre.

Currently hooked via RCA cables out directly into inputs 1 of Sony TV. I have seven inputs in TV and I tried 3 and all of them get no audio from receiver - picture is great as always has been.

The Premier only has an IF out which shows nothing if put directly to TV.
